BECOMING A LEADER

Leadership is about empathy. It’s about having ability to relate and connect with people for the purpose of inspiring and empowering their lives. (Oprah Winfrey)

As with many things, it all begins with ourselves. It begins with becoming a self-leader first.

What does it mean to be a self-leader?

Being a self-leader requires having self-awareness and a strong connection to yourself. It involves leading your life with confidence and purpose by trusting your inner wisdom, daring to be authentic, and having empathy towards your own shortcomings while striving to grow and learn.

As a self-leader you have awareness of your strengths and wisdom, but also your not so helpful thought and behaviour patterns. Awareness of what your presence creates in others around you. Awareness if and when and how you set your boundaries. How do you communicate? How do you make others feel, but also how do you make yourself feel every day? Do you have healthy, primarily positive thoughts? Are you resilient? Can you create balance and calm in your life? Are you confident in your job, your expertise, your future?

It is essential to know ourselves first, feel comfortable in our own skin as then we naturally grow empathic and kind towards others. We start inspiring others around us by our authenticity and confidence.

Who is a conscious leader?

A conscious leader is someone who not only knows themselves well and always strives to better themselves, but who is driven to empower others around them to become self-leaders, and who consistently supports and lifts others up by creating psychological and physical safety for people to express themselves and dream big.

Coaching is one way of getting to know yourself better. It is one of the fastest ways to explore your core values, uncover your core beliefs, break the negative thought patterns, sift through judgements, gain clarity and make rational, but feel-good decisions aligned with who you really are. This in turn, creates confidence and calm, and allows you to make a positive impact on people around you.

A JOURNEY TO GREATNESS

You are awesome! But do you find it hard to remember this when you most need it?

This is so because we are often brought up to believe the opposite – that we are not enough. We think we need to work harder, study more, get the next certificate. We think we are not smart enough, don’t earn enough or aren’t experienced enough for the job we’d love to go for.

That’s where I come in as your coach. Read more…

Hello!

I am on a mission to inspire and support you to fulfill your biggest dreams!

I am Külli. Originally from Estonia, but have lived in Scotland for almost 20 years now.

I am self-leadership coach. In my coaching I combine my knowledge and tools from many different coaching, leadership and self-development courses, as well as my colourful life experiences.

I have always been a “people-person”. I love being around people, listening to their stories, having deep discussions throughout the night and dreaming up new plans together.

I also have been the one to ask questions, sometimes the obvious ones and sometimes the uncomfortable ones. So becoming a coach really was the most natural choice for me. It fills me with joy every day to see my clients gain clarity and confidence, and see them grow under my eyes.

My mission today is to inspire and support you to fulfill your biggest dreams through replacing outdated limiting beliefs with new encouraging ones. Through grounding you in your inner wisdom and trust in your own capabilities. Through equipping you with strategy create time for yourself and your dreams and to run your entire life with effortless elegance.

My background is in international relations, communication and diplomacy. I have worked for the European, Estonian and the British civil service, and also in private sector. Everything I learned working in multi-cultural environments about people’s communication and leadership styles, particularly in crisis situations, I bring to my coaching.

When not coaching, teaching/training, working on my courses or building my business, I do my best at parenting four most wonderful boys and two sweetest rescue dogs in the world.

I started meditating daily, using positive affirmations and commenced a life-altering course to address my mental fitness levels. Külli’s approach was intuitively focused and holistic, and somehow honed in so astutely on everything that I needed to address across the spectrum of inner growth and specific career issues at such a challenging phase of my life.  I found every session enlightening, productive and constructive and I can honestly say that her coaching has given me my life back – I am so excited for the future!”  – Justine, 2021

“Külli is a fabulous coach. She has a calm, relaxed presence, that provides space to think. I would highly recommend working with her.” – Tony Franco, Marketing Trainer

“Külli and I did our coach training together, during which time she coached me. In a pretty tough environment, given we were being observed, Külli’s natural calm presence exuded confidence and a sense of security in the space. She displays an empathy and patience which gives you the freedom to explore without fear of ‘saying the wrong thing’. She will challenge and pursue your line of thinking to help you dig deeper but you will only ever feel the positive intent. I am sure Külli will be a successful executive coach as she has a strong sense of purpose to help others explore their own paths.” – Chloe Watts, Partner, Wilton & Bain
