What is the Leadership Mastermind?
The Leadership Mastermind is a six-week training and coaching programme tailored for the first-time leaders.
Over the last four years I have coached many clients who have moved up the career ladder and become team leaders. Their experiences, questions and challenges inspired me to put together this programme.
Doing it together in a group
Group coaching format has many benefits. One of the most important one is that you will see that you are not alone – all new leaders face similar challenges. At the same time, the number of difficult situations brought to the sessions by the group members will be bigger and more varied which will accelerate your learning.
The group members are likely to be from different industries, different cultures and countries which will add another layer of depth.
Sharing your challenges, doubts and fears, but also your wins and insights with a peer group will build your confidence, teach you to see your own situations from a different perspective and ultimately support your growth into a thriving leader you always wanted to be!
Programme
Throughout the six weeks I will share tools to build strong foundations for your career in leadership.
My strong belief is that leaders become great leaders through a high level of self-awareness and self-leadership. Knowing how to draw on and trust your inner wisdom, acknowledging what you don’t know, asking for help at the right moment and learning how to challenge your own thinking are some of the skills of self-leadership.
Week 1: How to manage your own expectations. Imposter syndrome. Emotional wellbeing.
Week 2: Balancing the fine line between delegating and doing it yourself. Processes: dealing with the old and setting up new.
Week 3: Relationships. Team atmosphere. Team spirit. Communication. How to deal with this one difficult person in the team.
Week 4: Company vision. Your intentions. Team goals. Clarity, clarity, clarity.
Week 5: Fool-proof decision making. Learn a skill you can use in every area of your life.
Week 6: Annual reviews with your team members. How to elevate people around you.

Week 7. A topic of group’s choice. Your most burning problems solved and biggest questions answered. Masterminding together.
